Ingredients:
2 cups long-grain rice
2.5 cups water
3/4 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup Banana Turmeric Shrub
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Shrimp (optional)
To Make:
Mix all ingredients together, except cilantro. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and top with shrimp for a truly tropical dish.
