Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cranberry Mint Shrub
1 medium shallot sliced
2 tbs butter
3 cups Brussels sprouts
To Make:
Trim and half Brussels sprouts and put in a shallow baking dish. Melt butter. Combine 1/2 cup Cranberry Mint Shrub and sliced shallot. Mix in butter. Pour glaze over Brussel sprouts and top with salt and pepper. Cook at 425º for 25 minutes.
