Ingredients:
2 cups Cranberry Mint Shrub
1/2 cup olive oil
1 shallot minced
salt and pepper to taste
your choice of protein, but we recommend pork or lamb
To Make:
Combine Cranberry Mint Shrub, olive oil, shallot, and add salt and pepper. Pour over protein. Let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours. Cook as desired.
