Strawberry Smash
Ingredients:
1 strawberry quartered
2 oz bourbon
2 oz Strawberry Lemon Thyme Shrub
splash of club soda
ice
To Make:
Put all quartered strawberry, bourbon and Strawberry Lemon Thyme into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a thyme sprig and a whole strawberry.
