1/2 cup Apple Cider Ginger Shrub
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 orange juice
1 clove chopped garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Combine Apple Cider Ginger Shrub, soy sauce, orange juice, garlic and ginger into a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour over tuna and let sit in fridge for a 2-3 hours. After removing from fridge, cook tuna as you normally would.
