Ingredients:
1/2 cup Apple Cider Ginger Shrub
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove chopped garlic
your choice of protein, but we recommend pork
To Make:
Combine and mix Apple Cider Ginger Shrub, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over protein and let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours. Remove pork from marinade and blot with paper towel. Cook as desired.
