Ingredients:
1 cup Banana Turmeric Shrub
1 cup risotto style rice
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups water
2 tbs granulated sugar
Pinch kosher salt
To Make:
In a large sauce pot, combine all ingredients. Heat to a light simmer and cover, then cook until rice is tender, about 20-30 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Once cooked, allow to chill overnight. Top with toasted coconut or dried fruit.
