Ingredients:
2 cups Peach Jalapeño Shrub
2 cups olive oil
1 lime
2 garlic cloves minced
your choice of protein, but we recommend chicken or pork
To Make:
Combine Peach Jalapeño Shrub, olive oil, and garlic cloves. Juice the lime. Pour over protein. Let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours. Remove from fridge and cook as desired.
